It's been a while since I have watched Inside Out with the kids, but I definitely feel like we should watch it again, I think it addresses how emotions can be overwhelming and difficult to properly deal with in a way kids (and adults) can relate to. Lately I have been struggling with dealing with Dylan when he gets upset when he is losing when he plays video games with friends or board games with the family and am also trying to teach him gratitude because as parents and single parents we wish we could buy them everything they want but it's not realistic and they and probably ourselves as well need to learn how to be thankful for what we do have.
